Through three different functionalities, namely: "Personal Preferences", "End of Life Preferences" and "Open Conversations Section", it seeks to improve the quality of life of patients under palliative care.
Each of these features is designed with sensitivity and empathy to meet individual needs and provide a welcoming environment for patients on their palliative care journey.
With the purpose of promoting personalized and compassionate care, these features aim to create a meaningful space for expression, reflection and support, thus enhancing the experience and well-being of patients at this delicate moment in their lives.
